What we don’t do

We do not take a flat-footed approach when uncovering what the issues or opportunities are and leave your company with a list of recommendations and expect your firm to implement them.

Rather, we conduct our practice non-iteratively and cyclically throughout the whole program, from the early to mid to latter stages, right through the action and execution phases of the change, and into the post-change evaluation phase of the implementation for further refinement.

It is not unusual for us to enter a second, expedited cycle, to further ensure that the methods and tools taught and learned throughout the program become part and parcel of everyday life thus developing a culture of continuous, proactive, and critically reflective learning in the business, resulting in building new skills, capacity and dynamic capabilities.
